The Darlington Unit of the Regional Medical Physics Department is based at Darlington Memorial Hospital. The hospital's main entrance is off Hollyhurst Road. The Regional Medical Physics Department is in the main block to the left of Accident & Emergency. The department is sign posted from there. For disabled patients there are drop off zones and parking next to the Accident & Emergency and Visitor's entrances.

There is a charge for parking. Charges and availability may change at short notice. Please check on-site notice boards when you arrive.
Access from the north and south is via the A1(M) exiting at junction 58 onto the A68 sign posted Darlington. Travel two and a quarter miles then turn left into Hollyhurst Road. The hospital's main entrance is on the right. You may park in the Visitor's Car Park. Please note this is a Pay and Display car park.
Disembark at Teesside International Airport. A rail service runs to Darlington. There is a taxi rank outside Darlington Railway Station. The hospital is one and a quarter miles away.
Take the Intercity service to Darlington. There is a taxi rank outside Darlington Railway Station. The hospital is one and a quarter miles away.
Disembark at Darlington Bus Station. Take the number 17 bus. The hospital is one and a quarter miles away.
The number 17 bus runs from Darlington town centre into the hospital grounds. The bus stop is close to the Visitor's Entrance.
If you need an ambulance please ring your GP who will arrange this for you.
