Neurotronic Therapy System

This system allows Psychiatrists greater control of electroconvulsive therapy for the treatment of depression and other mental disorders. The instrument is a high powered constant current stimulator which runs under microprocessor control.

Product Features

• Its output circuit, which is connected to the patient, is electrically isolated form the control circuit and mains supply.
• For safety reasons patient electrode contact resistance and current flow are continuously monitored.
• If these parameters move outside the predetermined values the instrument fails safe.
• A number of selectable and medically proven stimulation patterns programmed into a ROM, which can be readily charged or updated.
• The instrument is designed for clinic and home use and meets all the requirements of IEC 601-2-10.
